The Yellow Caturra or 'Caturra Amarillo' is a rare sub-variety of Caturra. The cherries are yellow when ripe rather than red which adds floral notes to its complex sensory profile. 
 
Tasting notes: Strong notes of caramel with an underlying white chocolate and nutty, floral aftertaste.
